BNY Mellon’s Pershing says it has rolled out a new technology platform for financial advisors.

NetX360+, as the platform is called, aims to deliver “a more streamlined user interface and more intuitive experience,” according to the firm.

The platform features what Pershing calls “hyper-personalization” driven by user profiles and patterns of use, machine learning applied to searching and accessing data, data insights that takes into account market activity as well as client behavior, and integrated learning tools.

“[The platform] works with you as a personal digital partner -— the more you engage with it, the more it will provide a curated experience, including insights tailored just for you,” Tim Foley, managing director for technology at Pershing, said in the announcement. “We have an incredible wealth of data that we're using to make the experience smarter, more personalized, and more intuitive. It's extremely powerful, spotlighting better ways to serve your clients and targeted opportunities to grow your business."

Pershing says it also enhanced its NetXServices Integration Portal, launched last year, for better integration and more streamlined functions.

Pershing has also unveiled several initiatives aimed at bolstering diversity and preparing the next generation of financial service professionals.

Among the initiatives are programs and workshops by Pershing clients on the Minority Business Enterprise, Peshing employee-run Women’s Initiative Networkand the Next Leadership Forum, which taps wealth management executives across the country, according to Pershing. The company adds that it’s expanding its Student Experience program, which connects students at certified financial planner-certified universities with professionals in the industry.
