BNY Mellon Wealth Management has tapped Wells Fargo and Tiedemann Advisors for its Seattle expansion.
The firm says Patrick Burke has joined the Seattle office as a senior private banker and Ben Kalman has joined as a senior wealth manager.
“Seattle is a prime growth market for adding new talent to our private banking franchise with thriving tech companies and a healthy housing market,” Gary Lutz, regional director for BNY's West region private banking, said in a statement.
Burke will work with new and existing high-net-worth and ultra-HNW clients to develop and implement a strategic plan for managing credit and treasury management solutions, according to the firm. Burke was previously at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he served as a senior private banker, the firm adds.
Kalman will provide comprehensive wealth management advice, including managing portfolios and providing strategic planning and advice for ultra-HNW clients, according to the firm. Kalman was previously a vice president at Tiedemann Advisors, the firm adds.
