Beacon Pointe Advisors says it has acquired its 25th wealth management firm, establishing its physical footprint in the Pacific Northwest.

The firm’s latest addition is Seattle-based Rainier Financial Group, which has $500 million in client assets, according to Beacon Pointe.

The Rainier team includes partner and managing director Grant Hartvigson, senior wealth advisors James Simone and Kimberly Arnesen, and client service associate Lauren Reisenauer, the company says.

Hartvigson and Simone have been in the financial services industry for two decades and Arnesen for 15 years, according to Beacon Pointe.

The companies didn’t disclose the financial terms of the deal, which closed on July 31.

The Rainier acquisition is Beacon Pointe’s sixth deal this year, according to the firm. Those deals include the Dallas-based Wealthstreet Investment Advisors, the first registered investment advisor firm with more than $1 billion in client assets to join Beacon Pointe, the company said in April.

In all, Beacon Pointe says it has brought in more than $3.5 billion in client assets year-to-date.
