Securities America Nabs $459M FA Group from Ameriprise
Syntegra Private Wealth Group, which includes six hybrid advisors who oversee $459 million, has joined Arbor Point Advisors, Securities America’s second multi-custodial corporate RIA, according to a press release from Securities America, which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services. Syntegra offers wealth management and tax services from three offices in the St. Louis area, Securities America says.
“In Securities America, we’ve found a partner that can help us scale up our offerings and support our growth,” Thomas Burke, Syntegra’s CEO, says in the press release. “At the end of the day, we’re focused on serving our clients better and helping them live their best lives, prepare for the unexpected and leave a legacy — and our affiliation with Securities America positions us to accomplish these goals.”
This is at least the second major addition to Securities America this month. Earlier, the firm added an 11-advisor super-OSJ in the Philadelphia metro area overseeing around $175 million.
