Fund companies keep rolling out T-shares in an effort to provide more transparency in keeping with a push towards heightened fiduciary standards. Are these helpful to advisors or are they another product-push to solicit greater third-party help selling mutual funds? Is another share class really necessary to provide greater transparency for clients?
